For lower-income individuals and families that earn less than 80% of the area median income. Tenants of this program's dwellings pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income for rent.

Low-Income Tax Credits

Housing open to those ages 62 and over. These units were constructed by HRS with government subsidies. These subsidies cover a percentage of the development's cost.
